Golden Beryl School is a co-educational day school, established on the 15th of May, 2010. It is located in a serene environment at Unity Estate, Ologuneru Area of Ibadan in Oyo State, Nigeria. The school, which was established with a vision to groom excellent children, offers all-round qualitative education and has a sense of commitment to her mission.

At our school, we want every child to be happy, resilient and develop a thirst for learning. This is at the heart of our school. We believe that learning is a personal, rigorous and continuous process where connections are made and strengthened so that we gain more knowledge, improve our skills and deepen our understanding. We groom our students to discover and develop their personal goals, critical thinking skill, as well as prepare them for their future careers and life’s challenges.

We are proud to offer an interesting curriculum in all subject areas, making as many cross-curricular links as possible. We use the International Primary Curriculum to plan themed topics, where learning is connected to and builds upon previous learning and achievement.

Developing the total child is a very important part of our vision and as such, we develop personal goals explicitly through our whole school themes and implicitly through the curriculum. Children’s progress in developing personally is celebrated each week through varying tests, therefore supporting our children in becoming both excellent learners and responsible members of society.

We follow a curriculum which promotes international mindedness. We believe that children will be better equipped for life beyond school if they are more globally aware.
